Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is completely free across most of the UK. Once your order is placed, we’ll get it shipped quickly and safely to your door.
Can I return the bike if it’s not the right size?
Of course. If the bike isn’t quite right, you can return it unused within 30 days. We’ll help you find the right size or arrange a full refund.
Are the bikes easy to assemble?
Yes — all bikes come 85–95% assembled. You’ll just need to fit the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. We include clear instructions, and it only takes about 15–20 minutes.
